What is Pocket Shop?

Pocket Shop is a curated pop-up retail concept that brings together a rotating selection of brands in high-footfall locations across the UAE. We provide businesses with the opportunity to reach new customers without the commitment and cost of a permanent retail space.

Do I need to provide my own display unit?

No. We have designed attractive, high-quality display units that are included in your booking fee.

You can choose from two display formats:

  • Fashion Pocket Shop – a combination of hanging rails and shelving, ideal for clothing and accessories.

  • Lifestyle Pocket Shop – shelving only, perfect for beauty, homeware, gifts, wellness products, and other lifestyle brands.

Will my brand be advertised?

Absolutely. Pocket Shop is designed to showcase and promote your brand.

Your logo will be featured on your individual Pocket Shop display, and we will also promote participating brands through our social media channels and website during the week of your booking, helping to increase visibility and attract customers.

Who can apply to sell with Pocket Shop?

We welcome applications from a wide range of brands, including fashion, accessories, beauty, homeware, gifts, wellness products, artisan goods, and other unique retail concepts. We are always looking for products that align with our curated shopping experience.

Do I need to be present to sell my products?

No. One of the key benefits of Pocket Shop is our fully managed operation. We can handle the day-to-day sales process on your behalf, allowing you to focus on running and growing your business.

How does Pocket Shop work?

Once accepted, your products are displayed and sold within our pop-up store. Our team manages the retail space, customer interactions, and sales process while you benefit from exposure to new audiences and sales opportunities.

Where are your pop-ups located?

Pocket Shop operates across various locations in the UAE. We carefully select venues with strong footfall and diverse demographics to maximise visibility and sales opportunities for our vendors.

How long can my products stay in Pocket Shop?

Vendor participation periods vary depending on the location and event schedule. We offer flexible options and will discuss available opportunities during the application process.

How are vendors selected?

We curate our vendor mix to ensure a diverse and appealing shopping experience for customers. Selection is based on factors such as product quality, brand identity, uniqueness, and fit within the overall Pocket Shop concept.

How do I apply?

You can apply by completing our vendor application form or contacting our team directly. Once we review your application, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

What are the costs involved?

There is an Annual Subscription Fee of AED 300 + VAT. Then Pocket Shop is AED 200 + VAT per day (7 day participation) + 10% sales commission. 

Can I bring additional display units?

No. To maintain a consistent and visually appealing shopping environment, additional display units are not permitted.

Our Pocket Shop displays have been carefully designed to showcase a wide range of products and can be viewed from both sides, providing maximum visibility and flexibility for vendors.

The only optional addition is a mannequin, which can be added to your booking for AED 200 + VAT per week. Vendors are responsible for providing their own mannequin.

Can I choose where my Pocket Shop is located?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, we will share the floor plan with you so that you can indicate your preferred location.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request; however, final placement is subject to overall event layout, vendor mix, and operational requirements. In some cases, we may need to make adjustments to ensure the best experience for all vendors and customers.

How do I track my sales?

Vendors receive sales report at the end of each week, allowing you to monitor performance and understand how your products are performing within Pocket Shop. Should we need to replenish stock in the week, we would contact you directly.

Do you accept new brands?

Absolutely. We love discovering emerging brands and helping them reach new customers. Whether you're an established business or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and payments cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
